Our client, a thriving manufacturing company based in Tamworth with over 30 years of success, is looking for a Graphic Designer to bring ideas to life across print, digital, and packaging projects. Salary is up to £30,000 depending on experience. Hours of work will be 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Please note this is an office-based position. Benefits:

As the Graphic Designer, you will:
- Develop and create visually engaging content for print and digital platforms
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements
- Liaise with stakeholders across multiple departments to deliver high-quality designs that meet required briefs
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines
- Apply designs to packaging artwork and labels across the group of companies
- Utilise content management systems to upload and manage graphic content on company websites
- Contribute creative input during concept development meetings
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
- Support photography and editing efforts when needed (training provided)
Skills and experience required:
- A minimum of 12 months’ graphic design experience
- Skilled with Adobe applications including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Easy Catalogue
- Strong creative ability with proven design and typography skills
- Highly organised, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail with strong accuracy in work
- Good time management and ability to work to deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills with the confidence to ask for help when needed
