A leading estate agent is seeking a Junior Artworker / Graphic Designer to join their team at the office in Colchester. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a creative professional to contribute to a large-scale image creation and manipulation project during a busy period.

• Creating, adapting, and resizing artwork across digital and print platforms.
• Retouching and manipulating images to a high standard.
• Working from templates and adhering to brand guidelines precisely.
• Supporting the wider creative team with layout work and ensuring visual consistency.
• Meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a keen eye for detail.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud apps, mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• A good eye for layout, typography, and image quality.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, either agency or in-house.
• Solid understanding of production best practices.
• A tidy, well-presented portfolio that showcases a range of skills and attention to detail.
