An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graphic Designer to join a forward-thinking organisation with a growing creative and marketing function. This role offers the flexibility of remote working, with occasional travel to the office near High Wycombe for team collaboration and creative planning.

This is a varied, hands-on position where the Graphic Designer will work closely with the Brand Manager, wider Marketing team, and a network of external consultants to deliver high-quality design solutions. From digital and print to animation and video, the role offers plenty of creative freedom and variety.

This is a mainly remote role working 1 day from the office and 4 days from home. The salary for this role is up to £32,500 dependent on experience plus a discretionary bonus.

Main responsibilities for the Graphic Designer role are:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external creatives to produce standout content
  • Experience of designing multi-channel creative for all media types
  • Create marketing and communications collateral to support a variety of products and services
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Support wider business needs through engaging, on-brand design solutions
  • Stakeholder management

Skills required for the Graphic Designer role are:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent visual communication and layout skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with photo and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop
