Graphic Designer - Matt Burton : Job Details

Our client is a fast-growing recruitment company based in Chester, and they’re looking for a passionate Graphic Designer to bolster their Marketing Team. They represent clients in many industries so this would suit someone who enjoys creative freedom, but is also mindful of theirs, and their clients’ culture and brand.This creative role will suit a Graphic Designer of any level who wants to make their own mark within an existing marketing team. It will excite someone who is competent in graphic design but relishes the opportunity to enhance their skills and work within a fast-growing team. You will have the autonomy to hone your existing skills whilst exploring new and innovate marketing methods.As a Graphic Designer you will have a variety of duties such as:

• Working from a brief to determine client requirements and timescales.
• Design all posts for socials, provide graphics for both internal and external presentations, and develop the brand identity.
• Managing client proposals from typesetting through to graphic design, print and production.
• Reviewing concepts, graphics and layouts, reviewing all current brand material and delivering proposals on brand enhancement.
• Creating modern and interesting PowerPoint decks and developing a brand library.
• Keeping internal stakeholders up to date, meeting deadlines and working under pressure for quick turnarounds.
• Staying up to date with current technology and integrate new working methods and skills into the brand.

The successful Graphic Designer will have:

• A proven history of brand marketing – B2B preferred but not required
• Experience with Adobe Suite
• Brilliant attention to detail
• Ability to work within a team, take direction and give/receive feedback
• A want to grow and develop skills
• Experience of creating presentation decks
