My growing client  thrives on thinking  expansively – for both our company and their team members. They are looking for an adept Graphic Designer to join their PR & Brand Communications team. As a proactive member, you'll play a pivotal role in bolstering the internal and external image of Mattress Online.

Your passion for crafting compelling assets that convey clear and concise messaging to our customers is crucial. You'll translate brand guidelines into captivating campaigns spanning store and product launches, sales initiatives, brand promotions, and daily deliverables such as social media posts and point-of-sale materials.

Key responsibilities encompass:

• Safeguarding the integrity of their brand identity to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Crafting compelling creative assets for e-commerce product categories.
• Developing visuals to communicate ongoing website promotions, affiliate partnerships, and social media initiatives.
• Producing engaging video, motion graphics, and static imagery for diverse platforms.
• Creating brand assets for their proprietary product lines, including logos, icons, and customer care materials.
• Generating both proactive and reactive branded content for social media platforms.
• Providing creative support to our UX and development teams for website enhancements.
• Bringing to life award submissions and pitch documents with captivating visuals.
• Continuously conceptualizing and introducing fresh ideas to support ongoing operations and new launches.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Designing graphics for website, email, PPC, and affiliate partner campaigns.
• Creating engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Providing image editing, resizing, and brand asset support.
• Developing print graphics for packaging, labels, flyers, and business cards.
• Producing visual mock-ups for early-stage concepts.
• Designing decks to enhance presentation visuals.
• Filming, editing, and photographing content for internal and external use.
• Offering creative support to our UX and website development teams.

What you need to succeed:

• 2 years experience in an agency or in-house environment
• Proficiency in filming, video editing, and photography.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• The ability to take ownership of design briefs and manage competing priorities.
