Role: Grants Administrator

Contract duration: ongoing temporary position

Hourly rate: £12.21 p/h + holiday pay + Office Angels temp benefits (the BEST in the market)

Working pattern: full time, hybrid working

Location: Central Birmingham

Purpose of the Role:As a Grants Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to their new project. Your exceptional organisational skills and commitment to excellent customer service will help ensure smooth operations and support for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing email correspondence efficiently and kindly via the shared inbox.
  • Develop and maintain effective office systems, including electronic filing.
  • Ensure documentation is compliant with GDPR and readily available.
  • Answer queries about the project and relay messages accurately.
  • Provide secretariat support for online and in-person meetings, including drafting agendas, sending invitations, and taking minutes.
  • Contribute to internal and external communication activities.

Who We're Looking For:To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience in developing and maintaining administrative systems.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
