The Role: Graduate Trainee Sales Investment Broker

As a graduate trainee broker, you’ll receive full training in sales strategy, business development, and investor psychology. You’ll learn to sell structured property investment products to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional buyers. This junior sales role is designed for fast progression, with clear pathways into senior broker and team leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Selling property investment products including off-plan, regeneration, and commercial assets

• Managing inbound sales leads and converting warm prospects into committed clients

• Conducting investor consultations via phone, Zoom, and face-to-face

• Building long-term relationships with investors across the UK, Dubai, and the USA

• Advising on deal structure, yield projections, and exit strategies

• Closing sales with urgency, precision, and professionalism

• Maintaining CRM records and tracking business development performance

• Collaborating with marketing and research teams to refine investor targeting
