We are currently working on behalf of a leading property consultancy, known for delivering planning excellence across the UK, to find a Graduate Town Planner to join their thriving Chester office.

About the Role:

You'll be joining a dynamic and well-established planning team supporting a wide range of projects across residential, commercial, and rural developments. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate (or someone due to graduate soon) with some work experience in a planning-related environment-either through a placement, internship, or previous employment.

You will assist with:

  • Preparing planning applications and appeals

  • Conducting site appraisals and planning research

  • Liaising with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders

  • Supporting senior planners and directors on strategy and delivery

What We're Looking For:
  • RTPI-accredited degree (or working towards) in Town Planning or a related field

  • Some prior work experience in planning (public or private sector) highly desirable

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to develop professionally

  • A full UK driving licence is advantageous
