Overview

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Technical Sales Engineer to support the International Sales Director in driving growth across global markets. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a recent engineering graduate with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for international sales.

The position involves regular travel across Asia and the Middle East, where you'll engage directly with clients, understand their technical needs, and contribute to the expansion of our international presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and expertise throughout the sales process

  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and tenders tailored to customer requirements

  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure technical specifications are met

  • Support the International Sales Director in managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis within assigned regions

  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings internationally

  • Prepare and deliver visit reports and customer feedback summaries

What We're Looking For
  • A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally, often at short notice

  • Full UK driving licence and valid UK passport with the right to work in the UK

  • Cultural awareness and adaptability when working across international markets

  • Commercial awareness or prior sales experience is an advantage
