About the Role - Graduate Teaching Assistant

• Supporting teachers across a range of subjects in KS3 & KS4
• Working 1:1 and in small groups with students who require additional academic or emotional support
• Providing tailored support to pupils with SEN or learning needs
• Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom engagement
• Ideal for graduates with strong communication skills, empathy, and a desire to make an impact
