Graduate Teaching Assistant - Reeson Education : Job Details

Reeson Education is seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join supportive and inclusive primary schools in Waltham Forest this September. This role is perfect for a recent graduate considering a career in teaching, educational psychology, or SEN support.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll gain invaluable classroom experience by working closely with teachers, supporting learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, and assisting pupils with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.

• Full-time, term-time role starting September 2025

• Daily rate: £82.14 - £100 depending on experience

• Work in schools across Walthamstow, Leyton, and Chingford

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with diverse needs

• A Graduate Teaching Assistant with a degree in Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies, or a related subject

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Some experience with children (school-based, tutoring, mentoring, or voluntary)

• Patient, adaptable, and eager to learn
