We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistants to join a range of vibrant and welcoming primary schools in Tower Hamlets from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while making a real difference in the lives of young learners.

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Work 1:1 and in small groups to raise attainment and build pupil confidence.
• Assist in planning, classroom preparation, and the delivery of interventions.
• Provide pastoral support and contribute to the school’s inclusive learning environment.

• Full-time roles starting September 2025 (term-time only).
• Hands-on experience that can lead to teacher training routes or future school-based roles.
• Training and guidance from experienced school staff and our dedicated education team.

• Degree holder (any discipline considered, education-related preferred).
• A strong communicator, patient, and committed to working with children.
• Keen to explore a career in teaching or education support.
