About the Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with class teachers and the school's SEN team to support children across the primary age range. Your responsibilities will be split between:

  • General classroom support - assisting with lesson delivery, small group interventions, and helping to create a positive learning environment

  • SEN support - working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who have additional needs such as autism, ADHD, speech and language delays, or social-emotional challenges
