Graduate Teaching Assistant - Secondary Schools - Redbridge - September Start

Are you a recent graduate passionate about education and eager to gain hands-on experience in a secondary school setting?

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistants to support a range of secondary schools across Redbridge, starting in September. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring teachers or those interested in working with young people to kick-start their career in education.

• Supporting teachers across various subjects, including English, Maths, Science, and Humanities

• Working with students in small groups or 1:1, including those with additional learning needs

• Assisting in the preparation of classroom materials and learning activities

• Helping to maintain a positive and focused learning environment

• Gaining valuable classroom experience ahead of teacher training

• A recent graduate (2:2 or above) in any subject

• A genuine passion for working with young people and making a difference

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to learning

• Prior experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
