Graduate TA - Secondary School - Islington?? Location: Islington, North London?? Job Type: Full-time, Term-time only?? Pay: £90-£105 per day (depending on experience)

A progressive secondary school in Islington is looking for a Graduate Teaching Assistant to provide academic and pastoral support across various subject areas. Perfect for a recent graduate interested in teaching, psychology, or working with young people.

This is a fantastic chance to develop classroom experience, assist students in reaching their potential, and gain insight into life in a secondary school setting.

Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting students individually and in small groups during lessons
• Helping with lesson preparation and classroom routines
• Assisting with subject-specific interventions (especially English and Maths)
• Promoting positive behaviour and classroom focus

You'll need:

• A degree in any subject and an interest in education
• Patience and excellent interpersonal skills
• Some experience with young people (informal or formal) is a bonus
• A proactive, hands-on approach
