Are you a recent graduate with a passion for education and looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic secondary school environment? We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming team in a mainstream secondary school in Bromley.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate looking to begin a career in education, whether your long-term goal is teaching, educational psychology, or a similar path. You will support students across a range of subjects and year groups, assisting classroom teachers with learning activities and helping students reach their full potential.

• Provide support to individual students or small groups in and out of the classroom

• Assist teachers with lesson preparation, behaviour management, and student engagement

• Help create an inclusive learning environment for all students

• Support students with special educational needs (SEN) when required

• Contribute to the overall positive ethos and learning culture of the school

• A university degree (2:2 or above preferred)

• A genuine interest in working with young people

• Previous experience working with children or young people is advantageous but not essential

• A proactive, patient, and professional approach

• A DBS on the Update Service (essential)

• A full-time, long-term position with an immediate start
