Graduate Teaching Assistant (Primary)Location: South Shields, Tyne & WearSalary: £78 – £100 per day Start Date: Immediately 

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners? GSL Education invites you to embark on an exciting journey as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in our client primary schools in South Shields, Tyne & Wear.  Your Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant: 

• Assist dynamic lessons: Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons. 
• Tailored support: Provide personalized support to students, nurturing academic excellence.
• Positive environment: Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere, encouraging student participation.
• Innovative collaboration: Work alongside educators to develop creative teaching strategies and resources.
• Holistic development: Contribute to the social and emotional growth of students, promoting their well-being. 

 Qualities We Seek: 

• Educational background: Hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related field, focusing on primary education.
• Positive demeanour: Demonstrate a proactive, energetic, and caring approach to working with students.
• Enhanced DBS: Possess an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undergo the process.
• Checkable work history: Have a fully checkable work history.
