The role and responsibilities Graduate Sales Management Trainee – Dubai

• Support the sales team in implementing business development and distribution strategies
• Assist with customer coordination, order processing, and follow-up activities.
• Conduct retail store visits to evaluate brand presence, merchandising, and compliance.
• Learn to identify new business opportunities and target market segments.
• Monitor stock levels and liaise with logistics for replenishment.
• Assist in preparing reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and training initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure alignment.

To be successful in thisGraduate Sales Management Trainee – Dubai:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales, retail operations, and brand development.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Valid driving license (or actively pursuing one).
• Willingness to travel extensively across the GCC region and Egypt for training and market visits.
