This role is ideal for a university graduate looking to begin their career in a dynamic commercial environment. Working closely with the Sales Director and Business Development team, the successful candidate will help convert leads, manage customer relationships, and coordinate with external marketing providers.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Follow up on sales leads from visits, events, and inbound enquiries — primarily by phone and email.
- Engage with customers confidently and professionally over the phone to build relationships and close opportunities.
- Send out product pricing, quotations, and product information.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Director and Business Development team.
- Maintain and update the "Product Bible" - a central record of all product details, pricing, and specifications.
- Work alongside our external marketing provider to support product launches, campaigns, and promotions.
- Ensure marketing content is up to date and aligned with product specifications and brand messaging.
- Track and report on marketing activity, offering input and suggestions for improvement.
- Assist in preparing and distributing sales and promotional materials.
- Act as the first point of contact for all retail sales enquiries and orders.
- Deliver a professional and responsive customer experience from enquiry through to after-sales support.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing and delivery.
Skills & Experience Required
- Confident and professional telephone manner, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Experience using CRM or sales tracking tools is a bonus.
