Duties:

• Sales Strategy Development: Assist in creating and executing sales activities to boost business growth.
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with potential members through effective communication.
• Prospecting: Identify key prospects to expand our client base.
• Onboarding Support: Help onboard new members, ensuring they receive a warm welcome.
• Reporting: Prepare insightful reports on sales performance and key metrics for management review.
• Collaboration: Work alongside marketing and events teams to promote member benefits and programmes.
• Client Experience Improvement: Contribute ideas to enhance the client journey and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience within sales and business development.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A proactive and confident approach to networking and relationship building.
• Ability to adapt to various stakeholders and customer needs.
• A target-driven mindset with a knack for organisation and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM platforms.
