Graduate Sales Development Representative – No Sales Experience Needed

Location: Huddersfield (office-based with team support)

Full-time | Entry Level

Basic Salary: £27,000 £12,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE)

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Speaking to potential clients on the phone to spark interest and qualify leads

- Booking meetings for experienced Account Executives

- Learning the full sales process through 1:1 coaching and a structured training program

- Shadowing and learning from experienced sales professionals

- Taking part in team field sales days and regular sales workshops

What We’re Looking For:

- Great communication skills and a confident phone manner

- A professional, positive attitude and the ability to build rapport quickly

- Self-motivated, coachable, and resilient when things don’t go to plan

- No sales experience needed — just a willingness to learn and get stuck in
