Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Executive Search

The Role

• Proactively sourcing and headhunting senior-level candidates
• Writing and publishing targeted job adverts
• Screening CVs and conducting candidate interviews
• Managing the full interview and offer process
• Building strong client and candidate relationships
• Working towards set targets and earning commission on successful placements

• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ambition to succeed in a target-driven environment
• Competitive, resilient, and motivated by results
• Degree educated (preferred but not essential)
• Any previous sales or commercial experience is an advantage

Earning Potential
