Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Graduate Position

What You’ll Do

• Identify and approach candidates for senior roles
• Write targeted job adverts and review applications
• Screen candidates and prepare them for interviews
• Manage the recruitment process from first contact to final offer
• Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
• Work to targets and earn commission on every placement

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Ambition, drive, and resilience
• Degree preferred but not essential
• Previous sales or commercial experience an advantage

What You’ll Get

• First year earnings £38,000–£48,000, rising to £100,000+ by year three

Earning Potential

• Year 1 OTE: £27,000 basic commission (£38,000–£48,000)
