Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Buchanan Graduates : Job Details

Position Overview:

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant based in Central London, you will play a vital role in matching graduates with entry-level positions in their chosen fields. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the potential to earn a competitive salary and commission.

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for graduate-level positions through various channels, including job boards, social media, and university partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the job search process, including CV writing, interview preparation, and career advice.
• Negotiate job offers and contracts between clients and candidates, ensuring terms are favourable for both parties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in a related field such as Business Studies, Business Management, International Business, International Relations etc.)
• Previous experience in recruitment or sales is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
• A proactive attitude and a desire to succeed in the recruitment industry.
