Graduate Procurement Executive

Location: Cambridgeshire Hours: Office based, Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm, with 1 Saturday every 4 weeksSalary: £28,000-£35,000 (DOE)Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Graduate Procurement Executive to join our team. This role offers the chance to build a career in procurement, working closely with the Managing Director and gaining first-hand experience in a fast-paced sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the procurement activities with supplier management and sourcing

• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, prices, and supplier details

• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth supply and deliveries

• Monitor stock levels and assist with forecasting and replenishment

• Help with reporting, analysis, and contract administration

• Resolve day-to-day queries to keep everything running efficiently

• Strong attention to detail with good analytical skills
