What will you do as a Pastoral Support Assistant day to day?

  • Pastoral Support Assistant - perfect for Aspiring Psychologists, Therapists, Counsellors & more!
  • Support students who are struggling with the demands of secondary school for various reasons, whether it's their home life, behaviour issues, attendance, mental health and well-being and so much more!
  • Support students with SEND and/or Social Inclusion needs
  • Facilitate the differentiation of tasks for students who are struggling
  • Work with small groups and 1-2-1 on specific tasks
