This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in electrical design within a supportive and dynamic environment.Your new roleYou'll work alongside experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams, contributing to the design and delivery of innovative, compliant, and sustainable building services solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of electrical systems for building services projects.
  • Support the production of technical drawings, calculations, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, BIM, and external teams to deliver coordinated MEP designs.
  • Participate in site visits and support project delivery from concept to completion.
  • Contribute to estimating, tender reviews, and value engineering proposals.
  • Promote sustainable design and ensure compliance with industry standards.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A degree in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering is preferred; however, applicants with an HNC, HND, or equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems and building services principles.
  • Familiarity with design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or Dialux is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general ICT tools.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within a professional team.
