What You’ll Do:

• Manage a Caseload: Dive into the heart of claims management. You’ll handle Public Liability claims, including personal injury, product liability, and property damage.
• From Inception to Settlement: Be the driving force behind each claim, ensuring a smooth journey from start to finish—pre-litigation.
• Data Accuracy: Maintain precise records on our case management system.
• Client Commitment: Comply with set client service level agreements (SLAs).
• Quality Standards: Uphold top-notch service standards and productivity levels.
