Graduate Business Team Assistant - Real Estate - City of London - £30k bonus & bens

We have a great opportunity with a successful Real Estate client in the City for a recent graduate to join them as a Business Team Assistant.

This is a great early career role for someone who, has some office experience, is highly organised, has excellent communication capabilities (including excellent written skills) and is IT proficient (MS Office) with the ability to quickly and easily learn new systems.

Joining a small but successful company, which is affiliated to an international organisation and is also B Corp accredited, you will support the Directors and team with general day-to-day business administration and office coordination.

This is an in-office role based in stunning offices surrounded by the shops, restaurants and iconic landmarks of the City. Our client is offering a salary of £30k plus a great bonus scheme, 25 days annual leave (plus BH) and Christmas shut down, as well as pension and private health schemes.

Key responsibilities as the Graduate Business Team Assistant will include:

  • Providing PA support to Chairman / Directors
  • Organising and maintaining diaries
  • Screening calls and emails
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Assisting with invoicing and general accounts
  • Processing expenses
  • Preparing letters, reports, documentation and presentations
  • Maintaining stationery and office equipment and supplies
  • Producing marketing content suitable for sharing on company social media accounts
  • Ad hoc projects such as organising company events or webinars

What we’re looking for:

  • Recent graduate with relevant work experience (administration)
  • Experience in a fast-paced, office based role (c6+ months)
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on accurate written English
  • Highly organised nature with an eye for detail and accuracy
  • IT literate (familiarity with MS Office Suite) and the ability to learn new systems easily and efficiently
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle conflicting demands
  • Collaborative team player
  • Proactive, enthusiastic to learn and develop and a ‘can-do’ attitude
