The Graduate Building Surveyors role

In the role of Graduate Building Surveyor, you will be joining a growing team, delving into various Building Surveying practices within a commercial setting. You will find yourself in a nurturing environment, with complete support on your journey to achieve your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).

Duties will include -

• Contract administration
• Surveys and schedules of conditions
• Dilapidations
• Techincal due diligence

The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have?

• Degree qualified (RICS accredited ideally)
• Some previous consultancy experience would be beneficial
• Dedicated to APC progression and development
• A confident communicator - Both written and verbal
• A positive attitude
