Google Ad Specialist 

I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a family-run business based near Brentwood, who are looking to bring on board a talented Google Ad Specialist to support their growth.

This is a permanent, full-time office-based role (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm), offering a competitive salary depending on experience. The company is expanding and looking for someone who can take ownership of their Google Ads strategy and help drive the business forward.

• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Write and test ad copy variations
• Monitor performance and adjust strategies to improve 
• Produce performance reports
• Stay up-to-date with Google Ads trends and updates
• Collaborate with the wider team to align campaigns with business goals
• Bring fresh ideas to increase visibility and generate leads

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Creative thinker with a proactive approach
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
