Job Description:Job Title: Global Strategic Analytics (GSA) Credit Risk Change - Programme Manager Location London Corporate Title Vice President GSA is part of Group Chief Operation Office (COO) which acts as the bridge between the Bank's businesses and infrastructure functions to help deliver the efficiency, control, and transformation goals of the Bank. You will be joining the GSA Credit Risk Change Team. The team is responsible for driving and facilitating regulatory compliance, strategic transformation, and process re-engineering in relation to the end-to-end credit life cycle for the Corporate and Investment Bank. The delivery of change requires close collaboration with key functions within GSA and Credit and more broadly across Deutsche Bank, namely, Front Office and Finance. You will be supporting the execution of a key deliverable that is high profile and part of broader Deutsche Bank wide transformation. Your key responsibilities
  • Create and maintain a structured programme plan with clear milestones and timelines, with supporting tracking mechanisms
  • Establish, manage, and drive the Governance and reporting framework in line with Change the Bank (CTB) governance frameworks. This will include definition of roles responsibilities within and outside the Change team
  • Report progress and escalate issues across the book of work transparently, undertaking active risk, issue, and dependency to keep stakeholders informed. This will include development of new progress reporting in partnership with Credit Risk Information Technology (IT) teams for technical deliveries
  • Develop, manage, and control the programme budget, including resource allocation, working closely with Credit Risk IT partners and Change Leads. This will also include managing the annual Investment Governance process
  • Management of benefits for key deliverable program including monthly reporting, control checks and financial validation
  • Leadership and management of program management office team (direct and indirect resources)
Your skills and experience
  • Expertise in large scale programme management, senior stakeholder management, and executing strategic change
  • Experience of Financial Markets and Credit Risk Management
  • Experience of delivering technology change in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate complex messages to stakeholders simply and clearly, both verbally and written
  • Ability to analyse financial data include budget reports, risk and resource allocations
  • Ability to work and solve problems independently
