As a Social Media Manager, you'll build the foundation of all our Global Social Media communications through innovative and creative marketing campaigns designed to engage and excite our audience. You'll drive planning and execution of campaigns across global social channels and bolster our community management efforts across new and existing users to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.   • Identifying all the approachable and hottest social media resources relevant to our global audience
  • Developing social strategies for new/existing products & services across both Retail and Business entities
  • Growing profiles on social media, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn & Facebook
  • Building and implementing social media plans and management of content calendars
  • Managing social media content and tracking performance on daily basis
  • Working together with copywriters, designers and product teams to ensure high quality content creation
  • Preparing seasonal, weekly and monthly reports, and monitor progress
What you'll need
  • Experience in B2C/B2B social media roles delivering highly engaging content
  • Experience as Social Media specialist in top-tier tech and consumer projects
  • Experience in building and executing social strategies for new products
  • Hands-on experience in daily social media management, from development of SM event calendars and content creation to performance measurement
  • Genuine enthusiasm for finance, high-technology business, and FinTech industry; awareness of all the latest news and trends.
  • Readiness to work in a high-performing, analytical, and results-driven environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Team player abilities with experience on how to collaborate across functions
  • Great self-organisation skills to keep cool when working to tight deadlines
