Global Revenue Manager - Meraki Talent Limited : Job Details

Meraki Accountancy & Finance’s market leading client are keen to add a Global Revenue Manager to the current team on a permanent basis. This excellent opportunity will involve working primarily for the Working Capital team which is based in the UK, the role of the Global Revenue Manager entails overseeing and guiding a multinational team of Billing and WIP Management analysts located globally, whilst ensuring unparallel client satisfaction.Key duties of the role included:

• Effectively oversee and motivate a diverse team of Billing & WIP Management experts worldwide, ensuring consistent attainment of established billing and aged WIP objects, with a specific emphasis on minimising WIP days.
• Proactive in being able to communicate ideas/findings with the firms’ key stakeholders.
• Oversee the global Work-in-Progress (WIP) portfolio of the firm, ensuring timely billing and reducing unbillable hours to a minimum.
• Implementation of strategies to decrease WIP days and accelerate the rate of cash collection.
• Capable of working independently with assigned tasks with minimal oversight, whilst keeping in mind the needs of the relevant Firm stakeholders.
• Undertaking the task of promoting diversity across the team, meeting the firm’s diversity targets through participation in events.
• Willingness to undertake any other duties as required by the Head of Global Working Capital.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of international experience in Billing Management and/or WIP Management, preferably within a professional services background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word/Excel.
• Capable in effectively taking the lead, to inspire and guide your team through mentorship.
• Prior experience and understanding of SRA regulations.
