• Perform claim file reviews
• Liaising with internal partners and passing on feedback
• Reviewing trends and improvement opportunities
• Preparing reports, scorecards, and trend analyses for management review
• Identifying errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvements

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Experience in casualty claims
• Experience in claims auditing
• Ability to speak another language is advantageous
• An excellent communicator
• Happy to travel when required
• Hard-working and ambitious
• A team player who thrives when working with others towards shared goals
