Description

  • Manage and coordinate global payroll operations across multiple regions to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations and tax laws.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Oversee payroll audits and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain and update payroll systems to reflect organisational and regulatory changes.
  • Implement an in house Payroll for the UK.
  • Provide training and guidance to regional teams on payroll processes and standards.
  • Prepare detailed payroll reports for senior management and external stakeholders as required.
  • Work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to reconcile payroll accounts and ensure accuracy in reporting.

Profile

  • Extensive experience managing international payroll operations especially in the USA.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and tax regulations in multiple regions.
  • Proficiency in addressing payroll compliance issues and implementing improvements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Exceptional communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • A qualification in payroll management, accounting, or a related field is desirable.
  • Experience of managing a team.

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary in the range of £78000 to £83000, depending on experience.
