Global Finance Director - Trading • Annual Salary: Up to £135,000 • Location: London • Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a Global Finance Director to oversee the financial operations of 3 regulated entities (UK FCA, UAE ESCA, Seychelles FSA) and 7 unregulated entities across multiple countries. This role involves managing three core brands: Taurex (Retail CFD), Taurex Prime (Institutional CFD), and Atmos (Prop), with a team of 7 staff based in the UK. Day-to-day of the role: • Oversee financial operations for both regulated and unregulated entities across various geographies. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain effective communication with regulators. • Lead and develop the finance team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. • Implement and refine financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and control. • Prepare and present financial planning and analysis reports to the Board and investors. • Manage and forecast budget allocations effectively, ensuring financial stability and growth. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Significantly post-qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA, with at least 3 years in a similar senior role. • Strong experience in financial control within the CFD sector, with a minimum of 3 years in finance at a similar broker. • Experience with MT4/5 is advantageous but not essential, provided there is strong CFD experience. • Proven track record of delivering system and process efficiencies and control improvements across finance. • Demonstrated ability to manage finance for multiple entities across different geographies.
