Overview
Reporting to the Global Category Director for Marketing Services and Meeting & Events, this person will be responsible for elements of the spend, strategic planning and leadership of selected initiatives within the Meeting & Events Category. The scope of the role includes responsibility for associated expenditures within the parameters of the role. Specifically but not exhaustively, the CM M&E has responsibility for stakeholder and supplier engagement activities associated with Meetings and Events Services such as Event Management, Tradeshows & Exhibition, and Venue bookings ( Hotels, Congress, etc). The CM establishes and proactively manages key business stakeholder relationships, leads proactive sourcing projects, influences specification definition & demand management, and manages category-specific supplier performance and innovation activities.
Responsibilities
Education / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required at a minimum, in fields such as business administration, finance, law or a scientific or technical field. Strong preference for CIPS or similar professional qualification.
Minimum of 5 years expereince within this category
Salary : 700 - 730
