Responsibilities:

• Originate and execute bespoke leasing and infrastructure finance solutions (finance/operating leases, PPPs, asset-backed lending).
• Lead complex deal structuring, negotiations, credit approvals, and documentation.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders across legal, risk, tax, and coverage teams.
• Build and expand client relationships with corporates, sponsors, and infrastructure developers across EMEA.

Requirements:

• 10–15 years in structured finance, leasing, or infrastructure lending.
• Strong execution track record in complex transactions (transport, energy, renewables, or core infra).
• Solid technical knowledge of financial structuring, credit analysis, and cross-border risk.
• Commercial drive, team leadership, and fluency in navigating multi-party negotiations.
