German speaking UX Researcher - Language Matters : Job Details

Our client, a fast-growing trading platform, is looking for an experienced German speaking UX Researcher to join their central London office. You will be part of their product team and will carry out research projects to find out how user experience can be improved, particularly for the German and Swiss markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright and analytical researcher to join a leading trading company on a hybrid basis (3 days in office, 2 days working from home).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and carrying out qualitative research across relevant markets.
• Analysing the results and sharing insights in a clear and compelling way.
• Collaborating closely with product and marketing teams as well as designers to create new product strategy.
• Ensuring product managers implement user insights in their roadmaps

About you:

This is the ideal role for a German speaker who is confident planning projects, using different research methods and presenting their findings. The right candidate will have excellent analytical, communication and comprehension skills in German and English. • Excellent communication skills in English and German (native standard)
• Previous experience in research, ideally in the financial sector (trading, banking, investment)

• Confident and capable of presenting findings clearly
