Our client, one of the UK's leading biotech companies, are recruiting a German Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a friendly, close knit team. This is a full-time temporary role, initially for 6 months, with a view to convert to permanent in 2026. The role is focused on providing first class end-to-end solutions to a wide range of customer enquiries in both German and English.

There is a hybrid working arrangement with this role, with up to 2 days working from home and the rest in the office based a couple of miles outside of Oxford City Centre. Although they usually require full time office presence for the first week or two, for training purposes.
