German order management - Corinium Language Associates : Job Details

Do you speak German fluently and are looking for an opportunity to join a multinational company? We have a rare opportunity to join a multinational company making high-tech electronic components. Based in the Bristol and Bath Science Park, you will be working within a multilingual team providing customer support to existing business customers in different countries.

The company provides extensive training. You will have access to great facilities including a gym and canteen. The company has regular public transport, car parking and cycle storage.

The role:

• Handle requests from existing business customers in German.
• Process and log orders and quotation requests for high-value orders.
• Build and maintaining customer relationships.
• Follow up internally and externally to ensure all details are confirmed.
• Working to high professional standards and processes.

You:

• Fluent in German and English at a professional level
• Customer support experience ideally with Business customers.
• Other European languages would be very helpful.
• An understanding of German business culture.

The Details

Monday to Friday 9-5 (37.5 hours per week) with 3 days in the office.

Salary, starting at £13/Hr

After 12 weeks this will go up to £13.50/hr

After Six months and having proved competence, the salary will go up to £13.89/hr equivalent to£27,086 per year with a salary paid every 2 weeks.

This contract is expected to last until the end of Dec 2024 with a review and hopefully will be extended further, with the possibility of becoming permanent in the future.

You must already be able to get to the office (ie don’t need to move to Bristol or Bath).

Location:

The company is based in the Bristol and Bath Science Park in Emersons Green between Bath and Bristol with lots of parking and good public transport links. They share great facilities including a gym, canteen, cafes, and shops. There is car parking, cycle storage and regular public transport to the centre of Bristol. It is located close to the M4 and within easy commuting distance of Bath, North Bristol, Swindon, Chippenham and Malmesbury.
