Straight Forward Recruitment is currently seeking 10+ motivated General Operatives to join a busy printing environment. This is a great opportunity for reliable individuals looking to work varied shifts and develop practical skills in print production.

Location: Norwich

Shifts: Rotating shifts available — 05:30–13:30, 13:30–21:30, 21:30–05:30

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting up and monitoring printing presses and related equipment.

• Prepare printing materials such as paper and inks.

• Perform quality control checks to ensure high standards.

• Handle and organise materials for efficient workflow.

• Support equipment maintenance and cleaning.

• Keep accurate records of job details and materials used.

• Follow health and safety procedures, including use of PPE.

• Communicate with team members about job progress and any issues.

Candidate Requirements:

• Willingness to work varied shifts as listed.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Good communication and ability to work as part of a team.

• Previous print production experience is advantageous but not essential.

• Reliable and motivated with a hands-on approach.
