Starting Point Recruitment are currently recruiting for a General Operative for a client based in the West Midlands area on a Permanent basis.Salary: £28kLocation: Field based, throughout the West Midlands.Working hrs: No less than 37.5hrs per weekCompany van would be provided.Job Role: You'll take on the responsibility of executing a variety of physical tasks crucial to our current projects. • Previous experience in a labour-intensive role preferred but not required.
• Any experience in a skilled trade role advantageous

• Stamina and strength to perform manual labour tasks.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying and moving materials
• Operate hand and power tools
• Assist with renovations projects
• Clean and Maintain work areas
