This is a unique opportunity to lead our Isle of Wight site, with responsibility for £3.8M in revenue, EBITDA budget 26% and a team of around 65 colleagues.

The Isle of Wight site is an important part of our UK operations, and we’re looking for a strong leader who can inspire teams, deliver results, and drive continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone who is either an existing GeneralManager, or someone ready to step up into a General Manager role for the firsttime.
