Start date is 1st of July with potential to start earlier, dependent on circumstances.

The applicants should be aware that there will be a 2 month training in the Flagship Venue in Reading, with accommodation and expenses paid by the company.

Skills and experience:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role.
• Strong understanding of kitchen and bar operations, and F&B management.
• Leading and managing senior to junior team members.
• Strong business understanding with experience in driving revenue and managing costs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility in working hours.
