This role involves a variety of general maintenance and building support tasks to ensure the smooth running of site operations.Key Responsibilities

• Carry out painting and decorating tasks as required
• Install and hang signage around the site
• Perform general repairs, maintenance, and minor fixes
• Support with ad-hoc building service requests
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently
• Report any major maintenance issues to the supervisor

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in general building services or maintenance roles desirable
• Practical skills in painting, basic carpentry, and general repairs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Contract Details

• Rate: £12.28 per hour
• Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday-Friday
