General Affairs Supervisor with an Assistant to support you – Health, Safety & ESGLondon (Hybrid – Ideally looking for 2 days per week in office over 2 very Central London sites, travel covered)EMEA scope and the Entertainment Technology Sector  We’re recruiting on behalf of a market-leading organisation in the entertainment technology sector – a globally recognised brand and household name.This is a newly created role with the opportunity to shape and evolve it over time, while keeping Health & Safety and ESG at its core. If you’re passionate about sustainability, wellbeing, and creating a positive workplace culture, this is a unique chance to make a real impact.  About the RoleReporting into the Legal Director (with a dotted line to HR), this role spans Health & Safety, ESG, employee wellbeing, and cultural initiatives. You’ll play a key role in shaping an environment where employees thrive while ensuring compliance, governance, and sustainability best practices.  You’ll be:
  • Based in London 2 days per week (across two central sites – travel covered)
  • Working across the EMEA region, with occasional international site involvement
  Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and consult on Health & Safety initiatives and wellbeing programmes
  • Support ESG reporting and compliance (including ESOS reporting)
  • Drive a positive culture through engagement events and wellbeing initiatives
  • Oversee facilities management, supplier relationships, and contracts
  • Partner with third-party providers to deliver innovative sustainability solutions
  • Identify and implement process improvements across business areas
  About You
  • 3+ years’ experience in Health & Safety / Sustainability / ESG roles
  • NEBOSH or IOSH certification (advantageous)
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of UK & EU H&S regulations and ESG reporting practices
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-driven – eager to learn and grow
