What You’ll Do:

Teach and inspire learners in GCSE English/Maths and Functional Skills (Entry Level to Level 2).Plan creative lessons that cater to different learning styles.Track progress and provide feedback to help learners excel.Work closely with colleagues to create a positive learning experience.Adapt teaching methods to engage and support students from diverse backgrounds.

What We’re Looking For:

?? A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent).?? Experience teaching GCSE English/Maths and Functional Skills.?? Strong subject knowledge and a passion for education.?? Ability to motivate and inspire students.?? Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Bonus Points If You Have:

? Experience in further education, adult learning, or alternative provision.? Knowledge of digital teaching tools and online learning platforms.
