DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Oversee fast-paced, collaborative fit sessions with buying and design teams, ensuring products meet desired standards.• Reviewing and approving samples of all sampling stages.• Manage the sealing process, ensuring samples are processed timely.• Resolving garment construction, quality issues & potential risks.• Liaise with designers, buyers, and suppliers to offer technical guidance on product development and garment construction.• Advise on fabrications for specific size specifications at the design and sign-off stages prior to sampling.• Provide expert guidance on pattern adjustments to improve f it and reduce sample quantities.• Build and maintain strong communication and relationships with suppliers.REQUIREMENTS:• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a womenswear function, with a strong focus on multi-product.• Ability to fit accurately and at speed is essential.• In-depth knowledge of fabric bases and their performance on the body.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.• Confident in your abilities, able to voice opinions and ideas professionally.• Highly organised, agile, and able to prioritise in a busy office environment with frequent changes in priorities.• Passionate about the product, constantly seeking improvements for the brand and customer.
